For these skis, we use a high-quality structured polyamide top film from the largest European supplier ISOSPORT.

Two biaxial prepreg support layers are used in these skis. Prepreg is a fabric that is already perfectly saturated from the manufacturer. Although the material is more expensive, this is how we eliminate errors during fabric saturation.

Titanal is the highest quality support layer used in the production of skis, which significantly improves longitudinal and torsional stiffness. Two sheets of titanal are used in these skis.

We use an all-wood core - one-way spruce and beech plywood.

For the sides, we use ABS material with guaranteed quality from the largest European manufacturer ISOSPORT.

This is not damping while driving, but damping of differences in the material's expansion, thereby supporting the holding of the material. We use anti-vibration rubber bands with a thickness of 0.2 mm as damping.

We use high-quality steel edges with a hardness of 48° HRC for these skis.
