Technology

LUSTi uses proven technology and a classic design that we believe has not yet been surpassed. All of our models have an all-wood core made of one-way spruce plywood, including the children's models. All skis have a full wood core, not just parts. We use quality materials from major European suppliers such as ISOSPORT, HEXCEL and AMAG to produce our skis.

Construction 1

Sandwich construction, quality polyamide top sheet, all-wood core made of unidirectional spruce plywood, one triaxial prepreg support layer, two thick sheets of titanal, ABS sidewalls, anti-vibration rubber bands, steel edges and a high quality graphite racing slide. This construction is used in skis FIS RACE SL and FIS RACE GS.

Construction 2

Sandwich construction, high quality polyamide top sheet, all-wood core made of unidirectional spruce plywood, one triaxial and one biaxial prepreg support layer, two sheets of titanal, ABS sidewalls, anti-vibration rubber bands, steel edges and a high quality sintered racing slide.
